"Extremely comfortable bed & pillows! Kitchen in suite was stocked with basic cookware needs, so no need to bring supplies. Water pressure in shower was a welcome change, compared to mediocre trickles at other establishments. Will definitely stay here again. "

"The Governor's Inn is a 100 year old building that has gone through several changes over the years. It's in need of renovation, which the owner, from what I can see is working to get the place ship-shape. The staff & services though make up for any inconvenience. The restaurant, bar & music venues are first rate. People from all around the area stop by to enjoy. "We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been a great location and provides comfort and relaxation for long weekends. Only downside from our last trip was hearing the people below us, the walls are thin and noise travels easily. Overall a great stay and we will be back. "
