"Unfortunately we arrived in the dark during a thunderstorm, and parking was not easy. It's a very steep driveway leading to two different parking lots with virtually no space to turn around. All that said, the room was comfy despite some harsh pin lights in the floor shining upwards that we placed shoes over to "dial down", the check-in staff was friendly, and the views from the pool area were beautiful. Hopefully I can return when it's not raining and use the pool."

"This is a good hotel. Spacious room for three with a good shower and aircon. The parking is very handy and a reasonable swimming pool. Breakfast was also good. The staff were welcoming and happy to help - we were late for breakfast but they did not rush us. "

"The hotel was centrally located with easy access to the waterfront and train station. The cable car runs from the train station and ends near the hotel door. "

"Hotel near train station and funicular. Nice view and walk way in to the Centre. Steep downhill with lots of shop, center with many good restaurants. Room was very small and bathroom tiny. Breakfast was good."

"This stay was part of a 2 week long road trip through Europe. We chose this hotel as it was/is a Best Western Hotel, a hotel chain we have good familarity with through traveling in the States. Our first night was not the best, due to a broken down AC. The following night we got a new room with a working AC and that was much better. The night guy at the Front Desk was very helpfull and service minded. But the best part of the hotel and the hotel experience was in the breakfast wing/restaurant....
