"The hotel in general is comfortable, modern, and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a good position in Ferrol with easy access. It has off the road parking both undercover (€7 a day) and free gated. Breakfast is a plentiful buffet with lots of choice including bacon and eggs. There was a problem with the staff as the cook had had an accident so it was not possible to have any hot food in the evening. "I like the full 2 bedroom apartment experience here. Lots of space with reviews. Kitchen and full fridge. Very small supermarket close by. Bars nearby. A washing machine is also available. Parking in the street is free and available in front of apartments at this time of year. I don’t like that the bed was the hardest I have stayed in for some time. "

"Great staff with great attitude. Probably the worst view I have ever had in a hotel room. Things that didn't work were quickly fixed. Clean, efficient, but nothing special. The 'Panorama' restaurant in the 4-star building felt more like a converted banquet room or a small college dining room. "Only stayed 1 night on business but what a place. Quiet location but close to Viveiro. Homecooked food depending on what is growing / farmed locally. 500 years old but extended and beuatifully maintained. Full of character. Beautiful gardens. Manageress was brilliant and very friendly. I would thoroughly recomment a stay there not matter how long. I intend to return next year with my wife for a holiday in the area."
