"So needed to get a hotel as my vehicle went down in the middle of the night, not far outside of Jasper. Got on Hotels.com and saw this had good ratings and a fair price. Got a room booked and managed to uber over. Facility is aged but is fairly well kept up, room itself is dated but cozy. Very spacious, no strange smells, stains, spots or holes any place. Lots of sitting area, recliner, queen bed, sofa, and desk area with pull out chair. Bed itself is ok, not terrible but not extremely plush....

"Ms.Rachel was amazing at check in. We mentioned going to the hot tub and after check in she went and got the jets started and sat towels out for us. She was very informative on questions we had as well. Very bubbly personality. Room was large. And the bed was very soft and inviting. Our shower head had great pressure. Breakfast was a good hot breakfast choice. Wish they would have had bacon. Very good neighborhood and quiet. "
