"service should be trained upto global standard, partners I am using the same standard of other Sharaton Hotel in key cities. Front desk is nice and friendly, but should more proactive, like call the customer to confirm if I have registered membership as well as ask me if I have drive and issue me the parking ticket. "This was a wonderful Hotel. The rooms are amazingly spacious, and very well maintained. The view is wonderful, and there is a walking bridge that connects to a wonderful park.
