"The main thing that held this experience back from being a five star experience was the loud guests in the morning before checkout. There was about 2 or 3 hours of the guests in the surrounding rooms knocking on each other's doors and yelling for them to let each other in. Yelling in the hallway was excessive and annoying. "The staff checking us in was very friendly and we were greeted with come chocolates in our room. However, Our room was right by the breakfast area so we could hear the doors opening and closing early in the morning and there was an on and off ringing noise going off in the bathroom that kept waking us up all through the night (room 126).
