"On my way to hotel I got a call from hotel that maā€™am please donā€™t come to the hotel, we have electricity issues at the property so we would not be able to host youā€¦weā€™ll cancel your booking and will give you the refund of ur amountā€¦so, it was really very bad as I was travelling for a very long distance and at the end moment they told me thisā€¦so, it was really hard for me to find new place to stayā€¦and moreover I have still not got my refund."
