"Xilitla is a paradise by itself but Posada James added a nice touch to our trip. The location, owners, food and thenentire personnel were amazing. You can also get some discounts on local attractions. The surrealist garden of Ed James is withing a short walk distance. "

"The hotel is close to the Edward James gardens but not to anything else. The restaurant is fairly limited in its offerings. There were several families there at the time and the noise carried into our room. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Casablaca. The staff and owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It is an easy 1 block walk to the main square. This is an excellent location to base out of to enjoy the Huasteca area. Dont mis Cascadas de Tamul!!!. Thank you again David, Mary Elena and your entire staff for letting us stay at your beautiful hotel. We will never forget how nice you were to us!!!"

"The Castillo Magico! It’s like stepping into history. It was a privilege to meet and be hosted by the owner and her wonderful staff. We were lucky to stay in the bedroom of Edward James, very comfortable with stunning mountain views. The owner gave us a tour and explained the history of her grandfather’s house. "Loved this place, the pool was awesome we had a great time. The hotel is located very closed to Xilitla downtown so we walked and admire the small town. The breakfast was included another plus. And customer service was great very friendly people 🤗 me and my family recommend the hotel. Very clean, AC units worked perfect. We booked 5 rooms. It was fun. "
