"Hotel was under renovation. Unfortunately Hotels.com does not mention that when reserving a room. My family was disappointed that the swimming pool was not available. Also why was the new carpet in the hallways so dirty ?"

"I was in town to visit my husband. The property was comfortable. The staff were really nice. The only issue was Transportation , which I know is not in the properties control that is mostly on the town and not having a taxi service or Lyft and Uber, which they desperately could use and benefit from, but the front desk staff were very courteous. I was even a little late to check out and they had no problem with me at all. They didn’t charge me extra. They were very kind and I very much appreciate...

"We liked how well lite the property was at night. The staff person was a very hard worker who took care of our questions and help us greatly. I was really impressed with her and thank her for being so kind to us. Some of the rooms are much better than others. Our initial room had some issues but the room we were placed in after our issues could not be resolved was much better and we were quickly accommodated. "
