"The shower and toilet (bathroom) were separate from the room. Both the room and bathroom had loud locks so you would disturb the other guests when going to the bathroom. The shower had no soap dish/shelf. The soap dispenser was broken, so no soap came out. The room was extremely hot and smelt of smoke. The sinks in the kitchen and bathroom were both tiny. The location is good but the accommodation is not comfortable. I would suggest paying more if you can or staying near the airport and...

"We only spent the one night here but this would be perfect place for a longer stay. It has everything you you want. Don’t get me wrong it’s still good for a single nights stay. It is spacious, very comfortable furnishings and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and The Falls. We were greeted by the owner on arrival who was full of local information and willingness to help. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Very disappointed, being the fact that it is a Hostel and not a Hotel, I was expecting for the 5 days of accommodation to at least find it clean but it was not like that.. I only stayed 2 days because I couldn't stand more the smell was disgusting, the bed linen smelled terribly like old people.. . Around the hotel are all the food and coffee and convenience shop options you will need. Most interestingly, BeCozy has taken over the old Zurich Swissotel's premises, which shut down in mid-late November 2020, ostensibly due to the pandemic.
