"We had an amazing family time at Crowne Plaza. Perfect location and accessible to public transport just in front of the hotel. Kids had fun in the pool. The room was clean and had the perfect view on the river and the crown flames at night. Lots of restaurants around and in the building whcih even offer room services. We will definitely come back. "

"The hotel was lovely, new and clean and the staff were very friendly. Excellent location and surroundings. Unfortunate though some services were not available and on the website stated otherwise. No door bell hoppers, no 24 hour front desk, bar was not open until late, and a fire evacuation at 2am with no fire brigade called or staff assisting and in attendance was very concerning! "

"Great location and reasonable priced. Some of the facilities were unavailable and elevator to or was in process of being repaired. For people staying longer I recommend booking bigger room "

"Novotel on Collins is brilliantly located and reasonably priced with accommodating, friendly staff. The rooms are pleasant enough, and the lifts are fast. Ideal when you’re not spending a lot of time in you room and just need somewhere to shower and sleep. "

"I thought this hotel was good and comfortable. I little daggy in parts, but the reception area smelt so good! Very inviting. Breakfast was ok and the location to the tram was great for our daily trips to the Australian Open."

"Located in a great location just outside the CBD and very convenient. Very close to public transport. The room is clean, spacious and modern. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The highlight is the bed, incredibly comfortable and the pillows are so fluffy, had an amazing nights sleep. Both check in and check out was easy, staff were lovely and very professional. Would highly recommend "

"Great service, quite clean and comfy room. There was a pungent smell in the cupboard and coffee area and the shower only has an open screen with no door so the showers were always uncomfortable to be aware of getting the entire bathroom wet. Some plugs and switches in the room were also not working. Otherwise perfect location right across trams and trains and so convenient to go anywhere. "
