"Such a cute boutique hotel. Tucked behind a marina it was very cozy feeling when we pulled up. Check in was super quick and easy. Our room was on the first floor and had a balcony. Everything was clean and all the amenities like the iron and hair dryer worked great and were out to good use since we had a wedding to attend during our stay. "Noticed a lot of water damage on the ceiling along with paint chipping over one of the beds. Other areas of opportunity throughout the room for upkeep. Breakfast left a lot to be desired (i.e., two of us in our party but only one bagel, only had a waffle as your choice for a hot meal, etc.). Knowing what I now know, I would stay here again but my expectations will be more in check."
