"This is a perfect location if you are going on a cruise our of Southampton. The staff are great. I appreciated their welcome gift, as I was celebrating my birthday. Check in took a second and we were in our room minutes after arriving in Southampton. This is just a few minutes away from the cruise terminal, the train station and the bus station. I will definitely stay here again! THANK YOU!"

"Lovely staff , food good , comfortable bed, spotless. Only complaint, room poorly lit and the light by main mirror did not work so seeing what you were doing, trying dry your hair was a bit difficult !"
