"I've spent a few thousand nights in hotel rooms - I was a flight attendant for 23 years! That qualifies me to have an opinion that matters. And what stood out most was clean and neat facility, bed and linens were clean and comfortable and the best of all...the customer service. People in a wedding party were yelling up and down the hall late at night; but the front desk girl (who was working alone) took the time to come up to the third floor to check things out. But better than that was my check...
