"My stay at the Best Western in Greenville was EXCELLENT!!!!! First, Ricky at the front desk was great. If there was anything I needed he was on top of it. For example, I needed extra pillows for my fiance. At other hotels I have to explain why I need extra pillows and its always a hassle.
