"The front desk staff at check in and check out were great! And the lady running the breakfast by herself was great as well. The room and bathroom definitely could’ve been cleaner and the window curtains were broken. There were also no parking spots left when we checked in at 9pm."

"Very welcoming staff from beginning to end. We stayed in February so obviously we weren't able to enjoy the beach. We came in from a busy day in Traverse city and was surprised with chili and freshly baked cookies upon returning (the recreational area). Thanks again, we enjoyed our weekend!"

"While the hotel doesnt really have any amenities, it is clean, safe and the staff was very friendly. The one amenity the do have is a shuttle to the casino. It would be a quick walk but its great to have this option in the winter.we will definitely be back!"
