"The hot tub was closed and the indoor pool was ice cold. Also we wanted to stay another night and that consisted of four trips to the lobby to make it happen and it wasn't the original price they quoted. They kept saying it was because of Expedia and then it was another reason ..then they gave us a discount because we upgraded the room due to the fact that I thought I booked an accessible room..so I had to go up in price and yada yada. But room was nice. Don't think they should advertise a pool...

"Although the staff was great, the property is old and tired. The attempt to update falls short, very short. TV did not work. Shower was barely warm. Tile floor (entire floor) was dirty (not easy to keep clean). Again, not the fault of Staff, property is just worn out!"
