"I have stayed in some pretty bad motels in Lubbock so I was nervous but that went away as soon as I stepped inside it was clean beautiful the staff was so nice definitely recommend this for your stay"

"The room was very nice. We have no complaints about the comfort of the bed, and the suite area was nicely arranged. The Keurig coffee maker was inoperable, due to the lid not remaining closed. In the latrine, we found feces on the wall above the toilet paper holder. We let the front desk know about these issues before we left. "This used to be our favorite hotel. But the pool and hot tub are kind of cold for pool and hot tub standards. The beds are comfortable but the last few times we stayed we had not fully cleaned bathroom no soaps or towels. It just seems kind of rushed. "

"Good stay pool and hot tub best I have been in for a long time. Room was clean breakfast was good a few things they ran out of. Guy serving breakfast was fun and very helpful. Only complaints pillows were the small ones that I couldn’t get fully comfortable on and parking is limited. Not for truckers or people hauling trailers if it is a full house but we were great full it wasn’t and we were able to find parking"

"Excellent customer service. The staff is extremely responsive, polite and accomodating. They go out of their way to ensure quality seevices. They offer an excellent breakfast menu and buffet with an optional made to order eggs and omelet station. "

"The only complaint I would have is that the water wasn’t very hot in the shower. And the shower floor was very slick. Someone that isn’t very steady on their feet could potentially slip and fall. Other than that the hotel was great! "

"The only thing that prevented me from giving a 5 star review was the toilet rocked when you sat down. Everything was good. I happen to know Lubbock really well and the area of the hotel worried me a little. However, had no safety issues arise on this trip."
