"Both our check-in and checkout staff were really great and helpful. I had to recommendations to go with our rating. I needed an accessible room because I have low back pain and breathing issues and this was easily accommodated. My back pain was a problem getting in the bed though because it was rather tall and I’m only 5’3”. It would be helpful to have some sort of stepstool.
