"Much different than hotels. Check-in and checkout were virtual which we had never experienced before. The staff at the cafe were very helpful and friendly. Once we figured out the whole vitual deal it was very pleasant and we very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean, too! "

"I was driving when I pulled over along the hwy to read the text or email with check in instructions from the hotel. I started to fill it all out but stopped when I needed time to pull out my wallet and give credit card info as I knew Hotels.com had all of this info. Then I got worried that maybe because I didn't fill it all out that my room may have been sold to another!"
