If you have a special request (like you need a refrigerator or a microwave or an air mattress or a bag of ice or extra towels, etc) just ask them. "Staff was very friendly. Toilet was dirty and room wasn’t very well stocked. No dish soap. The large burner on our stove didn’t work but the small one did so we made do. The hot tub was under construction too. Good breakfast and easy access to amenities. We got stranded during an ice storm and had to rebook for additional nights. Front desk made sure we were in the same room so we didn’t have to move all of our stuff. "
