It started when I arrived at the hotel and was informed that i was only booked for one room instead of 2. I showed them my confirmation showing that i did indeed have 2 rooms forn2 nights. They informed me that something was booked incorrectly on Hotels.com's end, and that if id already paid through them, that i was goong to need to contact them. After contacting them, we found out...

"I loved the fact that there was a tavern and a barbecue restaurant a short walk away from the hotel (or I would have walked if not for the 15-degree weather outside). Staff was friendly and courteous, and the hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer."
