"Very satisfied with room. At 8 am breakfast was very skimpy… most of hot items gone ( pans empty) We checked back to see if replenished after about 15 minutes and still empty pans for hot food items. There were lots of choices in area to find breakfast. We would stay here again if needed when in area."

"Room was comfortable and spacious, but nothing exceptional or out of the ordinary. We thought it was a little pricey considering it did not include a breakfast or any other amenities. Also, there was no one there when we arrived about 5pm. We had to call a number posted on the office door, and they told us where to find our key. Not exactly welcoming."

"This was just what I needed!! A couple of days out in nature with my dog. It's a lovely place! Very quiet and peaceful! The only thing I used my phone for was to take pictures. I had one day with beautiful snow and the next it was 60 degrees. It was a little strange they didn't have a microwave but they provide everything else you would need to cook your meals. "

"This beautiful property is minutes from the lake and river. We spent the weekend visiting friends in Boonville and Rocheport. The rest of the time we were boating or relaxing poolside enjoying the fall colors. Very peaceful and secluded. The caretaker is next door and was very pleasant. Ample parking for our boat. Comfortable and inviting. We will be back. "
