"Fantastic. Very nice place. Will come again as it is so beautiful. Easily the nices hotel in this city. Ski park is just a few steps away. However, the staff in the hotel and generally the ski area do not speak English at all. Be prepared to face frustrating ski arrangements as you need to go to various booths for park entry, child insurance, insteuctors and also rentals. And they only seak mandarin. "Hotels.com has the wrong address. When I went to the address, which was also a hotel named Nostalgia Hotel I was told the place doesn't accept foreign nationals, you must be a Chinese citizen. I had to make other accommodations myself and was going to solve this with Hotels.com when I had WIFI.
