"Great value for the money. This is what I would consider a mid-tier hotel comparable to Holiday Inn Express or Fairfield Inn & Suites and I felt the value was a little better than most other comparable hotels I've stayed at in the past several years. Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Good hot breakfast options as well as the usual cold cereals and bakery goods. The only negative was the instant oatmeal--the fruit flavored options were inedible and there was no maple and brown sugar...

"Everything about this property is BRAND-NEW! From the building itself to the furniture, even the contents of the kitchen cupboards. Recently completed condos in Joseph were just what we were looking for. Easy walk-ability to everything in Joseph and we loved having the garage to stow our kayaks and bikes.
