"Nice area of the city (close to the harbour, very walkable) with parking right outside. Nice, modern budget hotel, no frills, but clean and good condition. Comfortable bed. Our issue was that we’d been sold a room for two adults and one child (9 yrs old, 1.50m) but arrived to find just one double bed, two pillows and two towels. We went to reception and were told that there were no children’s beds - either we’d need to sleep 3 people to 1 bed, or someone would have to sleep on the floor,...

"Landing lights constantly flashing = electrical fault. Light above bed missing with wires hanging down in terminal blocks not taped up. Bathroom window rusty and paint missing around window frame. Dust on top of several things in the bathroom. Convenient for station and comfy bed is all I can say that is good about the place. Just like a cheap Belgian hotel in the 80s, but it wasn’t cheap!"
