"This was our 2nd overnight stay over the last 2-1/2 weeks. As per our previous stay, we received our requested ground floor room (King and Sofa Bed) with outside access. We were greeted with a very Friendly and Cheerful person behind the desk, and since we requested an early check-in, we were expected early as well. "Cheap and cheerful, front desk staff were lovely to deal with. A bit run down, but it does the trick for low maintenance travellers on a budget. There is a breakfast station for DIY use. Coffee, tea, toast, bagels and spreads available. "
