"The first thing I want to say is that the staff at the front and the cleaners are absolutely lovely, they are so warm and bubbly and great conversationalists. The lobby and hallways also had such a pleasant smell to them, everything was nice and clean. Very comfortable beds and decent sized rooms. Good for the price, however I will say the breakfast was pretty average and the rooms could be improved a bit (i.e. new coat of paint, fix the slow flushing toilet, new bathtub as ours was pretty...

"Stayed two nights in a double queen. Very fast and easy check in with friendly woman at the front counter. Smelt a little funny in the room as I walked in but it quickly went away, nothing terrible. Besides a broken drawer that I didn’t use anyway, everything was clean and nice. It was very quiet and comfortable. Not luxury, but totally worth the price. "

"Property is overall wonderful for a quick stay while in town for a day. Could use some minor upgrades to a few things bit for one night it fit the belt for the price. Hall was a little noisy around 11:30 pm but not for long but that’s to the properties fault or doing so not much can be said there. For the $98 a night I would expect a little more but it was a quick stay for a sports game hit for the short amount of time I was in the room..it’ll do "

"The property was great ,my only issue was that they did not have my reservation logged from Expedia . That took a solid 30 minutes to resolve after I had driven 8 hours so it was less than optimal . It snowed so I called the desk and asked for an extra day …this involved another 60 minutes of online and verbal communication as well as another headache trying to postpone my next destination in Wytheville for a day now that I was stuck in a snowstorm. To close ,the hotel and amenities were fine...
