"Hotel was classic, friendly, and comfortable. Not so much for restaurants nearby but nice walking to see churches, building archictecture, and the arena and convention area was not too far to walk."

"WHILE MY EXPEREICNE IN GENERAL WAS POSITIVE AND THE ROOM COMFORATABLE,THE SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT WAS GREAT. THERE WERE DISAPPOINTING ITEMS. i HAD TO TELL THE FRONT DESK ON TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS ABOUT THE COLD WATER FAUCET NOT WORKING BEFORE IT WAS FIXED. TOLD HOUSEKEEPING ABOUT CONDITIONER CONTAINER BEING EMPTY WITH NO REFILL TV SCREEN WAS DIM AND COULD BARELY SEE IMAGE IF VIEWED OTHER THAN RIGHT ON. ONCE AGAIN REPORTED WITH NO FEEDBACK FROM HOTEL ON ISSUSE. ROOM ITSELF WAS FINE, SO...

"The staff were nice but we were placed next to kids who were there for prom-they made a huge ruckus and were yelling and carrying on and slamming doors all night- I sent a message to the staff and it settled down, but they were back up an at it before 6am! We had been trying to rest up so we could drive and we slept terribly-it sounded like the doors were made of paper-also, the gym was not open. "
