"I phoned the hotel at 14:30 on my day of arrival, as I would not be arriving until shortly after 20:00. I was told that the keys would be left in a locked box, and I was given the code. When I got to the hotel, although I could open the box, the keys were not there. Another couple who were staying there said the same had happened to them and gave me the contact telephone number. When I called, it was a prerecorded message in Danish, but no one answered. I was locked out of the hotel with no idea...

"I det store og hele var vi meget tilfreds, det der trak ned var at vi blev ringet op kl. Ca 14. At vi ikke havde forladt huse og på dét tidspunkt var vi i Tyskland. Vi kørte fra huset efter stor rengøring, og med alle vores ting kl 9."

"Hallo. die Zusammenarbeit ist von Unprofessionalität nicht zu überbieten. Die Räumlichkeiten waren schmutzig. Der Schlüsselcode war falsch um den Schlüssel zu erhalten. nach knapp 30min haben wir dann einen neuen Code bekommen. Der Zylinder der Tür zum Abschließen war defekt. Wir hatten uns telefonisch darauf gemeldet, es hieß, ein Techniker ist in einer knappen Stunde da. Das Telefonart war am 21.10.204. Am 23.10.24 war immer noch keiner da. das ist frech. "Nemt at komme til og fra, en rigtig landevejskro. Fik en virkelig god nats søvn. Men selv om jeg havde fravalgt morgenmaden pga. ekstra-prisen, kunne en kop kaffe have været dejligt. Mødte nogle søde mennesker at snakke med, det skal man ikke "kimse" ad. Tilfreds gæst."
