"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....

"Located in a lovely scenic position high up on a hill side, the property is staffed by wonderfully hospitable people determined to make our stay memorable. To our surprise, the property had a small pool and exercise area as well as games area. The recommendation of a nearby restaurant was spot on (5 minute walk) plus a great breakfast also kept us well fed. The only concerns are that the property is a bit of a drive off the main motorway and the wifi was slow. But those are small concerns...

"We had a very good stay for five nights. The accommodation is run by a family with great hospitality. We enjoyed the breakfast and also had dinner on site at the restaurant for three nights. The dinner was family style and of very good quality and reasonably priced.
