"A very good night sleep for an early flight back home! The reception upon arrival super nice and accommodating. Every hotel in the surrounding area completely booked solid! The little dinner dining restaurant three minutes away was also very delicious it’s called Jules! The server was attentive, curtious and overall pays attention to details! "I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request...
