Yes, the bathroom layout (sink in the room, shower with a hole instead of a lock) was strange, but can be overlooked when you take into account what you’re paying and how much other hotels are. The area might make some people feel uncomfortable, but I never felt threatened. 2 metro stations are close by and you can be in the centre quite quickly. Possibly factor in taking a taxi from the metro to the hotel if you’re travelling back late and you’re not used...

"It is what you expect a budget hotel to be. The room was clean and the staff made our bed and gave us new towels everyday. The washroom layout was a bit strange but it worked fine. The staff was friendly and was able to answer our questions. The breakfast was not really worth the price.
