"Website unhelpful in relating spa services. Reception even worse. There was no doctor because we arrived on a Friday, and didn’t book it in advance. We were only staying the weekend. Women at reception all seemed perturbed that we were there. Not sure if they simply don’t like Americans or whether they are just burned out. "Surprisingly modern, nice underground parking lot, lovely lobby, great staff. I had a clean and useful room with a nice balcony, but it was quite small, the TV was relatively small, and the mattress wasn't great, so the sleep quality should be improved."

"Well locaded hotel nead the old part of the city. The train station is 20 minutes walking distance. The rooms had a good size and confortable. I tried the diner at the restaurant and it was good. Everything was good."

"When I checked-in my room wasn’t ready. Once I received the key to my room, I unlocked it and someone else was just talking on the phone in my room! On top of this, the air conditioning was a joke and I truly worried that I may pass out from the heat of the room. They only gave me one pillow and winter blanket. I wouldn’t stay here again. "
