"We think that The Enchanted Sittelle is the perfect place to stay. The facilities are complete and as fo the setting and location, among forests and lakes, it couldn't be bettered. Our hosts, Christine and Bénigne, made us feel completely at home. "Very quiet location and Claire was an excellent host."

"Amazing property. We had a delightful two night stay. The only negative was the breakfast, which it is overpriced and you better wake up early or you risk not being even seen by the limited and overly busy attending personnel. The second day we sat at our table for more than 30 min unacknowledged. At that point we left and had breakfast at the local boulangerie."

"Mixed review. We stayed on a Sunday evening. Be prepared to not be able to get anything food & drink wise at the hotel past 3pm. Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited. Had a misunderstanding on checkout which whilst was an accident on their side I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about so service then was quite poor. Room was very clean. Lake view lovely. "Check in wasn't great - took 3 room changes to get the book ed twin room instead of a double. Restaurant was very good - good food with quick service. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Sadly our stay was spoiled by another hotel guest shouting and singing at 2am for about an hour. Eventually someone came to deal with it but our night's sleep was ruined. Also there were smokers in the non-smoking rooms which we could smell. "

"It ok, however: The air con did not work and felt hot they said it would be fixed but was not had to sleep With an open window on the grownd for the second night! There was no hand dope by the sink. When I asked to please book me a taxi as my phone would not work it was only after begging as I had a train to catch a taxi was called! Therefore two bad nights and a stressful Morning"
