Mesela omlet alabilirmiyiz diye sorunca getiriyorlar ama öyle bir hakkımızın olup olmadığını bilmiyorduk, başkalarından görüp sorduk. Personal iyidi ama bu sorun giderilmeli bence. Müşterinin neye hakkı olduğunu bilmem. Bu akşam yemeğinde içecek içinde geçerli. Kahvaltıya veya akşam yemeğine neyin dahil olduğunu mutlaka sorun eğer...

"It was absolutely not a pleasant experience for us with this hotel. We were just disappointed about the services. During the check-out they even charge from water for drinking and the coffee for breakfast. We really astounded about this hotel’s polices."

For example, sheets were so clean, on the contrary bathroom was with full of mold, back part of faucet was moldy again.
