"As a foreigner, if you are looking for something, think twice. This plaza was terribly dirty. Especially washroom which is a necessity. Even when I asked to have clean bathroom and room, it’s just has molds, brown spots. I had to check out right away despite the staff were nice, and they were not how to help. Overall the hotel needs a deep with some renovations, but if you are able to handle an unhygienic place, then fine, as a foreigner, it wasn’t something I could handle. The location is good...

"They cancelled our booking because the hotel was full. The service was terrible, the hotel dirty and the 2 guys from the reception very rude. I saw the room because first they said they have to clean the room (21:30 hrs) and you can see the dust everywhere. I don’t recommend this hotel. Nothing positive. After 14 hrs traveling we had a terrible experience there. They did the same to at least 4 other booking when we were there waiting."

"OYO 19687 Hotel Airway does not exist, I tried to find it for almost one hour then I gave up. I tried to contact the directly to phone number provided on booking confirmation but the phone number was not active. I contacted the OYO reservation customer service and got phone number for the hotel, but all the numbers were inactive. this is the scam they are doing to tourist in mahipalpur area."

"This is a filthy place. They didn't accept the booking from Expedia and I have to pay again. Unprofessional and disgusting staff. The room and toilet are the worst. This is not a safe place. Solo travelers stay away from this place. "

"Overall average, hate the inclusive breakfast option. Paid extra for it for my 3 day stay and they were serving only Aloo Paratha all the time and no other choice. They delayed my check in and made me wait for 30 mins even though I was arrived to the hotel post the check in time. The restaurant service was average."
