"It was pretty clean and staff was very professional. The only thing was the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty and I had to use body wash to wash my hair. "

"The hotel and the room itself was very clean and updated. Air and heat was on point and the bathroom was highend with fixtures and lighting. Mattress was comfortable for me but not so much for my husband. The only issue we had was on the 1st night the connecting room had kids and babies and they stayed up making lots of noise until 1 and 2 in the morning so we didnt get much sleep. It would be great if they could book rooms based on occupancies in connecting rooms. Other than that we have no...

"We choose this hotel for its location near our family. The staff is friendly, the entry ways and stairways usually need vacuuming."

"Stayvwas decent. Bed was nice but rooms were hot. Had to have ac on even when it was 40 out. But thats a top floor insulation problem. A little on the pricier side for what it is but it was nice"

"It was sufficient for a night stay but probably would not spend an extended time there. The walls and bathroom door had crayon marks. The area is very congested and I didn't realize when I booked that for an overnight stay while on a road trip that it would take me an hour to get out of Pittsburgh!"
