Um casal chegou no hotel meia noite batendo nas janelas e porta principal do hotel. Pediam para abrir a porta. Ficamos com medo e pedimos ajuda. Mandamos mensagem para a proprietária mas não responderam e nem ofereceram ajuda. Depois do ocorrido não dormimos mais. O casal ficou batendo nas janelas e portas durante muito tempo. O hotel não fez nada...

"Good clean rooms with a quiet fan to keep you cool at night. It's situated up a narrow street so don't expect scenic views. The staff only speak Spanish but with google translate and sign language it's easy to understand each other. It's about an 3/4 hour from Madrid by metro which is easy to use. I will certainly use this hostel again"
