"クーネオ駅に正午くらいに着き、タクシーでホテルに着きましたが、空いてない。家族経営のホテルとあったので、誰かいるかなと思って窓を叩くも、応答なし。チェックインの際は電話してとあるが、通信手段がない私にとってはなすすべもない。たまたま隣の方がでてきたので、思いきって声をかけ、ホテルの人を呼び出してもらいました。すぐに来てくれて対応してもらいました。チェックインのときに朝食を食べるかと聞かれ、食べるとこたえ、お金も払い、場所も教えてもらいました。次の日朝食会場は開いておらず、イタリアってこんなとこなんだと諦めていたら、系列のホテルで朝食を採れることの表示を見たのは、近くのバールで食べて帰ってきてからでした。不親切というより、イタリア語ができるとなんでもない問題なんだろうと諦めました。"

"A little disappointed as I had booked a hotel with a restaurant ( helpful when travelling alone with kids) and it was closed for the end of season. The room was also rather basic and smelled of damp. On the positive side, the staff were helpful and the breakfast good. I visit Auron a lot but will stay elsewhere next time. "

"This is a clean, simple and very good little hotel in the small, quaint town of Breil Sur Roya. Nothing fancy but still good quality. The room was clean, the sheets crisp (yes, crisp!) and the mattress the best I slept on in my three week tour of France (I like a firm bed). The location right on the lake was ideal. "Had a good stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bsthroom good. A few things could have been better. One light didn't work (not terribly important). One window didn't lock (important) and another was difficult to lock. It was a little noisy early in the night in the central town square, but for most of the night very quiet. Lovely views from the room. "
