"Not able to reach to Property as address shown in location was wrong. Also no cooperation received from Expedia when we wanted to change date of booking. Hotel peson was also ok with changing the date. But only due to Expedia not able to change date. Expedia person was also not able to connect to proper responsible person in time from hotel. Property contact number given on site was irrelevant."

"Reception was responsive though cleanliness of bed was terrible and staff could not provide clean comforter and very bold to say that hotel didn’t have any clean comforter. We have to live with cover of comforter as a cover. Early morning no tea or coffee. It took their sweet time to serve. Staff education requires to handle customer. "

"Clean and decent property close to temple. Rooms are small. Good hot water. "

"When I arrived at the hotel for checkin there was no one at the reception to let me in , the property was all locked up and the place was surrounded by street dogs. The manager of the hotel is pathetic ."
