"We stayed in the resort for two days. I had great expectations from all the positive reviews. Our room floor was very sticky on the day of our arrival. Also the swing bed was just kept on the floor. The next day we asked the hotel staff to please clean the room and mop the floor. They had the whole day to do that. When we came back in the evening expecting a clean room, it was not even opened to even clear the dustbin. When we complained, a half hearted brooming was done. There is no in house...

"Not at all good experience. Had to wait a long to get the room key, inspite of showing them the hotel.com confirmation. In fact, I called the reception about our journey one and half hour before reaching the hotel. Room service was literally nill. Food was found to be costly than any surrounding restaurants. I don't know whether online booking is not a pleasant route for the hotel management !!!"
