"The hotel is a great location right by the main train station, by Belvedere Palace and close to tram and metro lines to get around. The room was really spacious, clean, nicely furnished, the balcony was a nice addition and the bed was ridiculously comfortable! The shower room had a really nice powerful shower. We were able to check in early to the room which was much appreciated after the sleeper train as it meant we were able to get a full day exploring in feeling refreshed! "

"I almost cancelled this hotel booking based on the picture of the front showing what appears to be a rough area with graffiti covered walls, but don't be put off by that. Graffiti along railway lines seems to be regarded as art in vienna, and is no indication of it being a rough area. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. Good facilities in the rooms. "Just 2mins walk from the central train station. Great value for money with breakfest buffet included. If breakfast time could be lengthen to 1030 or 1100 for weekdays as well, that will be much better. The choices of breakfast buffet were more than expected. Really don’t like the no door design at the shower, have to be very careful when having a relaxing shower/.\"
