"We arrived for our honeymoon. We requested a room with a room and the front desk was so helpful she upgraded us to a suite and it was so nice! If we come back again I would stay here again. Staff is so kind. Also the parking is easy and everything is nearby. "

"We decided on a weekend getaway and the service and stay were amazing. We brought our dog and they gave him toys and treats when we checked in and had a water bowl and bed brought up before we arrived. The rooms were great, bed and pillows were very comfy and the layout of the rooms really felt perfect, not too open but not too tight either. Hottubs were currently closed but were able to go next door to Canoe to use theirs, was about a 3 min walk from the room. "

"We liked the spacious , clean, well maintained room. The location was excellent for walking to pick up groceries, restaurants and exploring Banff. "

"Loved the option of not needing a rental car during my trip. Easy paid shuttle to and from the airport (private vendors) and free shuttles to and from the ski resorts. We enjoyed the central location that had a ski resort bus stop nearby. Hint - walk up to the Banff Caribou Lodge to catch the shuttle. The shuttles can fill up in the morning and the earlier the stop the better. If a shuttle is full another one is 5 minutes behind it so not the biggest deal. "My room heat was not working. They checked it but couldnt fix it so they gave us another room which was an upgrade with a jet tub. Very pleased with how they rook care of everything. We will return!!"

"Quiet location away from the shops but still walkable. Comfortable bed, terrible pillows. Clean room. The outdoor patio area with fire pits, tubs and sauna is really nice. Breakfast 3/5"
