"The hotel was nice. Stuart at check in was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast options. Can’t beat the hot and gooey cinnamon rolls. Comfy bed and good location. We would stay again. "

"The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She realized that going to the second level on an outdoor staircase with a rolling suitcase would be tricky. She then gave me a room on the first level next to the office since I was a woman alone. Very thoughtful! I feel safe and I'm enjoying the great channel lineups, plus every convenience nearby.The highway is right by the motel ,but you can't hear it. Great price, too!"

"I was told that there was 24/7 shuttle service from Bradley Int. Airport. I called from Minneapolis as I got onto my flight and confirmed that there was such service. To my shock, when I arrived at BDL, I called Days Inn and there was NO service. The night manager could barely speak into the phone but I understood her to say, "Take a taxi". It wasn't the terribile but I had had a long day of travel and to wait at 1am for a LYFT as there were no taxis."

"Nice place to stay for a flight out of Hartford. But they don't mention that there is a $50 incidental fee when you are making reservations. "

"The staff was absolutely understanding and helpful. I had 2 service dogs and the hotel made them so comfortable. I will stay again."
