"If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. "I just want to say how much I appreciate this property. We arrived late but they have a 24/7 hotline on standby for clarifications and guidelines. They are very quick to reply to concerns. The check in was straight forward and easy. The room was very comfortable and super clean. Love the nice touch of adding a nougat on your bed as a welcome touch! "This is a nice clean hotel. The owner and his wife are amazing. They are hardworking. Rooms are basic ( 2 star ) but very clean and have AC. Breakfast is included and has multiple choices for everyone. We enjoyed our time there and the town and neighborhood are safe and very clean. We would stay there again ! "

"Was a great stay, was actually the cheapest hotel room from our stay in Europe that week, but was still very comfortable, amazing location, and free parking garage. breakfast was very basic, though, no hot foods. Also with parking they only allow exit once, so if you plan to come in and out you will have to pay extra. Check in very easy using mailbox outside with code that was sent to us. "

"We are glad we chose this hostel for our one night stay. The only tricky part was finding the S21 to Trogen as it is past the train station near a corner and unmarked, but a local helped us. The hostel is a short walk down a steep incline from the Birnbaume stop. It is clean and the breakfast is adequate. The view from the cafeteria is lovely. Board the S21 back towards town to Marktplatz to visit the Cathedral and Abbey Library."

"We were slightly confused on arrival. We had booked a private family room for three and when we went in, the Comfort Apartment had one double bed, three sets of bunks and a single bed in one room and a separate room with a further set of bunks. Now the cost per night had seemed very expensive for what was quite a basic hostel however if you had filled the room with family and friends it would have been a real bargain.
