"Wifi was out for two days prior to our visit and wasn't notified beforehand or at check-in but was able to arrange a partial refund between the hotel and Expedia. Also walkway and parking was icy and slipped and fell on a patch of black ice, hurting my hand. They quickly came out and added more salt to the walkway."

"This is a beautiful place to stay. We were not there much due to family holiday but it was quiet when we were. Food and coffee are all within short walking distance. Beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Check in and out were super easy. "

"There are so many issues with this place that I don't even know where to start. Our room was not ready until about 5:30. We stayed on a Thursday night and they said that the room wasn't clean. The hotel was pretty empty, so they must not clean the rooms until late in the week. Gross!! We we went there three times to check in and finally at 5:30 the person at the front desk said she thought it was clean. It wasn't! There was still someone in there when we went to the room.
