"We got a call on our way there to check all was OK. When we arrived we were checked in super-efficiently and with great understanding that we were really tired. We were asked for dietary requirements so that we had suitable food for breakfast, which were there just as requested next morning. "Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. "
