"The property was quite old and run down but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well. I guess this is one of the most famous ones. "

"Good, but I didn't like Room No. because Asians have numbers they prefer, but the hoel just had Room numbers that I didn't like. Besides that interior design, view, and cleanness of this hotel is fantastic."

The room layout I had was rather weird but the amenities far exceeded anything you’ll find at a US style hotel, depending of course on what’s important to you. The room had a clothes styler which was great for prepping the next day’s outfit. A full body massage chair, which I’d use before my shower at night at bedtime. "The suite room was a good size for my family of 6. The free breakfast is the same everyday with eggs, orange, and prepacked food - this did not meet our needs as we needed a more wholesome breakfast. Nonetheless, the staff were really eddicient and friendly."

"친절하고 주차 서비스, 조식, 객실 내 청소 등이 만족했다. 온천수 덕분에 샤워도 좋았다. 하지만 호텔스 닷컴의 호텔 소개 사진에는 객실 내 전기주전자가 있었지만 실제는 없었다. 커피 한잔을 위해 1층으로 계속 내려가야 했고, 종이컵 등을 낭비하여 불편했다. 그리고 객실 내 수납이 부족하여 옷걸이 2개밖에 없어 옷이나 가방을 보관해야 할 곳이 없어 아쉬웠다. 쓰지 않는 컴퓨터 대신 수납하는 선반이나 작은 옷장을 설치된 객실이 따로 있어서 선택했으면 정말 좋겠다는 생각이 든다. 전반적으로 90% 만족한다."

"This hotel is more for a convention purpose. Not family friendly if you are traveling with kids. Also during the winter all the hotel rooms share the same room temperature which for my family was a bit too hot and stuffy. Found weird that we were not able to turn on the AC.
