"We were inadvertently locked out of our room after being cleaned. The wait in lobby to simply get new keycard was almost 25 minutes while I was nauseated and could not get into room and waited in hallway. Front desk lady Oberella was lovely and professional on check in and check out. But on Friday afternoon the front desk staff stayed occupied with other folks arriving and no attention to guest with a quick simple request. The room was clean but it was noisy with surrounding rooms both...

"This was a good hotel if you don’t want to pay for extra services They had no employees on sight after 8 pm So check in gets difficult after that Also this is a bring your own as in bring your own coffee and snacks There was no coffee offered in the lobby Overall a nice stay and would stay here again Good location and close to Georgia southern and restaurants including football stadium"

"I had to evacuate from hurricane Milton, only hotel that had a empty room. The rooms are filthy! I had to buy cleaner, a mop, disinfectant bleach. The pool is filled in with dirt and is being used for a dog litter box. "

"I normally stay here when in Statesboro but this time the bathroom sink was dirty and the stopper was broke on just laying on rhe sink and the shower floor was stained....and the air unit in bedroom was VERY LOUD...hard to sleep ..otherwise everything else was good"
