"The employees were very friendly and on top of things. They had a little bit of an issue with the keycards but it was fixed quickly. The parking lot is a nightmare and you may end up parking at one of the adjacent hotels because they are practically built on top of each other. There is a Texas Roadhouse directly behind the building and other restaurants in walking distance. It's a good area but very busy. Would stay again "

"Overall, it was acceptable. The staff was nice and helpful. I did have an issue with the door lock not opening easily and had to have a staff member assist me to get in. When I was checking out, the elevator was out of service, so I had to carry my bags down three flights of stairs, which was inconvenient. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable."

"Easy access to food, gas, highway is always a plus. Friendly people. Busy area which I didn't mind but for others may be a problem. "
